We have been helping two families who escaped Katrina in time, but they lost everything! Now they are starting all over again in Atlanta. We have been providing them with food, furniture, appliances and money. One of the families has visited us at Smyrna and they were glad to meet us. 

Also, we have collected some money to continue helping those who are in need in Louisiana. Please keep praying for all three congregations (South Cobb, Smyrna, and East Cobb) in Cobb county.
