JUNE
6--12 CAMP INAGEHI. Our week of camp
has changed this year to the first week of camp. Please make plans now to work around this so
vacations and other events will not get in the way of camp. THANKS!
PRAY
FOR THE PEOPLE OF HAITI AND THEIR LOSS AND DIFFICULTIES! We ask that any contribution you wish to make to these efforts be donated
with that as the provision; we are supporting the efforts of the Judsonia
Church of Christ who have done a tremendous job in helping already.
LADIES
BIBLE CLASS
Please
support the Ladies Bible Class that meets here at the building each Tuesday
morning at 10:00 am. The study is on Faith, Virtue, Knowledge,
Temperance, Patience, Godliness, Kindness, Charity, and Abundance.
GA AGAPE has scheduled a
foster parent training class for families interested in caring for sibling
groups, special needs children and teenagers.
If you can help, please call Jayne Osburn, 770-452-9995 or email her at Jayne@GeorgiaAgape.org and put "South Cobb Church of Christ" in the title
line.
THE
HEART OF THE MATTER drive for Camp Inagehi is a donation that will help the
camp in its efforts to repair damage done by the flood and keep the facilities
in good repair. Many of you have donated
to this in times past, and we ask again for your help. Envelopes are on the table in the foyer -- put
your donation in the envelope and mail directly to Jeff York, treasurers of the
camp! THANK YOU!
