SICK AND IN NEED OF PRAYERS

RANDY ALLEN had cataract surgery April 14, and all went well.   He is scheduled for cataract surgery on his other eye on April 28.

WILEY BALLARD, LaRheasa's dad, had a heart catherization Monday, and doctors found that all is well with him. No blockages in the major arteries were found.

SHEILA BUICE had sinus surgery April 13 at Douglas County Hospital as an outpatient. She is doing well, and will go back to the doctor Monday.

CLYDE CARSON, former member here at South Cobb, has bone cancer and has been given 3 to 6 months to live.  We must pray for Joan and Jeff at this time in their lives.

JEANNETTE COOK had neck surgery Friday, April 3, and is doing well.  She will recuperate for another 4 weeks.

BRENDA COX was discharged from Cobb Hospital April 6.

TOMMY GRIFFIN, Sheila Buice's uncle and former member at South Cobb, has had multiple strokes.  Tests are being run, and at this time he is unable to work.

FAYE GRINDLEY, a former member of the Smyrna Church of Christ, is in Kennestone Hospital to receive a pacemaker.  They have to build up her blood from Coumadin, before they can do the procedure.

VIRGINIA KENNY, Ann Stroud's mother, continues in room 287 at Cobb Hospital with complications from gallbladder problems, with breathing problems, and heart issues.

LINDA KING had a heart catherization Monday, and doctors found no blockages.  She went home Monday evening.

GULLIAM NIXON has been in Cobb Hospital, room 590, with various problems.  His Coumadin levels were so high he was bleeding a great deal from the ulcer in his foot.  Doctors have run a series of tests, and have found that his heart is ok, and that his right leg, in which they wanted to put a stent, is better than they thought.  They did have to amputate part of his right foot Thursday, but he is expected to do well from this.

CHARLES SHIPP is having blood pressure problems.

JACKIE STUBBLEFIELD had a myleogram run Monday, and will find out the results this next week.  This is in preparation for possible surgery on her neck.  She will return April 22 to discuss surgery on her neck.   The doctor is concerned about doing this as this is very serious surgery.
