SICK AND IN NEED OF PRAYERS
•BARRY BROADWAY was diagnosed with lymphoma, and a type of leukemia. He is taking shots to build his red and white blood cells, and if this goes well, will begin his next round of chemo treatments Monday.
•SANDY BRUNDIGE, Tommy’s sister, had a mild heart attack last week. Her daughter, Kelly, is having problems with her second pregnancy. They are both doing well at this time.
•TIFFANY AND AMBER BUICE tests on their hearts show that they are affected with heart problems, but the problems will be watched and action taken when needed. Amber was very sick this last week with her levels, and Sheila is doing all she can to keep her out of the hospital.
•DON COOK had a mild heart attack last Tuesday, but is doing well at this time after having had a stent put in. He is in Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, AL
•EDDIE GOUGH, son of Francis Gough, has been diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on his thymus gland and one in his back.
•DAVID JACKSON has bladder cancer. Doctors have run further tests on him and found that he has adenocarcinoma (which is a glandular cancer) and it is somewhere outside his bladder as well as in his bladder. He was told that chemo would be too dangerous because of his spinal cord injury, as an infection would be detrimental for him. He has been put in hospice for the in home health care he will need to help control the pain.
•LINDA JAMES, sister of Susan Jackson, has been diagnosed with recurring cancer. Doctors were able to remove the tumor, but she will have to undergo some chemotherapy to make sure they have it all.

•BRUCE LEFEVER, a friend of Jerry Anderson, had a stroke and is paralyzed on his right side, and cannot speak. He is doing some better at this time.
•WADE PETERS had outpatient surgery June 27th to have tubes put in his ears, and his adenoids removed. He is doing well.
•THELMA PIRTLE is in need of our prayers as she struggles to get better. She is somewhat discouraged right now.
•DORSEY PRINCE is now in Brian Care Center in Austell for rehab as he continues to deal with heart problems and breathing problems. He is very discouraged right now, and if anyone will be willing to sit with him at home, please let Tommy know.
•EVA LOU SATTERFIELD continues to struggle at home with her problems stemming from a stroke.
PAT SCHINALL, friend of Margie Gattis, is awaiting a liver transplant.
•ABBY SMITH, 3 year old friend of Michael and Nancy Walker, has a brain tumor and a tumor in her spine that is inoperable.

•JEAN STUBBLEFIELD, sister in law to Jackie Stubblefield and aunt to Larry and Jennie, is unable to get the kidney transplant, but is doing well at this time.
•DAWN STUBBLEFIELD has Graves Disease. She has opted to take the medicinal treatment at this time. If this doesn’t work, then doctors will give her radioactive iodine to kill her thyroid gland, and then she will have to take hormones the rest of her life.
•LARRY STUBBLEFIELD received news from the doctor that the results of the CT scan show no new bone growth in his collar bone. Larry will have a bone graft from his hip and a new sleeve over the bone on July 9th.
