SICK AND IN NEED OF PRAYERS
•EVELYN TINNEY ADAMS is in Cobb Hospital, room 285, for a light stroke. She attended church here at South Cobb a few years ago.
•BARRY BROADWAY was diagnosed with lymphoma, and will go to Emory next week so doctors can discuss the treatment options.
•AMBER BUICE was fitted for hearing aids this last week.
•KAY CAMACHO, a daughter of Randy and Marice Allen’s neighbor, is suffering from kidney failure.
•BRENDA COX has been having a lot of difficulty with dialysis as of late, and has been sick.
•BILLIE FRADY is sick at home with the flu.
•EDDIE GOUGH, son of Francis Gough, has been diagnosed with cancer. He has a tumor on his thymus gland and one in his back. He has been taking chemotherapy every three weeks, and the tumors have shrunk down to ¼ of their size. He will have further tests to see how things are.
•KATHERINE HESTER, a family friend of the Maupin’s is awaiting a liver transplant.
•VERNA HITE has a sinus infection.
•GAIL HOLBROOK had open heart surgery to replace a valve and do a bypass on Friday, March 14. She was moved to Brian Care Center in Austell last Friday for rehab, and is having to go to the doctor for wound care. She is in room 112. •DAVID JACKSON is having a lot of dizzy spells, and doctors are running tests to see if he has kidney stones again.
•GLADYS LIPSCOMB, Alene Grier's mother, has a rapid heartbeat and her doctor is trying to lower it with medication
•DAVID LUTZ, brother of Jackie Stubblefield, has been diagnosed with cancer in his bones, lungs, lymph nodes and over his body. He is having trouble with his chemotherapy, and is not doing very well at this time.
•EMMETT PETERS has been sick at home with a virus, high fever and rash.
•DORSEY PRINCE is in room 206 at Cobb Hospital after having suffered a heart attack.
•MARY ROSS, cousin of Buddy Maupin, is suffering from lung cancer.
•PAT SCHINALL, friend of Margie Gattis, is awaiting a liver transplant. She is having further tests at Emory University at this time.
•JOE SHINHOLSTER, Melba’s husband, is suffering from pneumonia. He is in Kennestone Hospital Green Tower, room 755.
•ABBY SMITH, 3 year old friend of Michael and Nancy Walker, has a brain tumor and a tumor in her spine that is inoperable.
•BRUCE STROUD is still not feeling well due to allergies and possible heart problems.
•JEAN STUBBLEFIELD, sister in law to Jackie Stubblefield and aunt to Larry and Jennie, is unable to get the needed kidney transplant, and is now very sick.
•LARRY STUBBLEFIELD continues in pain from the broken collarbone he suffered in a wreck recently. Doctors found that the bone has not knitted together, and there is a ½ inch gap between the bones. All that is holding it together is the rod they put it, and this is why he is still suffering pain.
•CAMERON WALKER is sick at home with an infection.
SCOTT TESSEREAU came forward Sunday morning and asked for our prayers.
JOE AND ANYA TOMS, the son and daughter in law of Janae Toms who has been visiting with us, is interviewing for a nanny. If interested, call 404-468-2912.
GENE HOLBROOK, Richard’s brother, passed away Tuesday evening. His funeral was Friday at 11:00 AM at the Mayes Ward Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta.

Ladies Bible Class – The ladies will continue at 10:30 AM each Tuesday.
•There is a weight loss support group meeting every Tuesday here at the building at 9:45 AM. The ladies meet in the Ladies Bible class room to encourage one another in their weight loss goals.
