SICK AND IN NEED OF PRAYERS
•MARICE ALLEN has the flu.
•BARBARA BALLARD, LaRheasa’s mom, had a procedure done Friday to clear the blockages in her heart. The procedure was successful and they were able to get a stent in, though the vessel was 99% blocked, and she is doing well.
•AMBER BUICE will have to be fitted for hearing aids, and Sheila asks that we remember them in our prayers. Sheila fell and hurt her leg, and may have to have surgery!
•BOB DAVIS will have tests run this next week. They will be testing for “everything.”
•EDDIE GOUGH, son of Francis Gough, has been diagnosed with cancer. He has a tumor on his thymus gland and one in his back. He has been taking chemotherapy every three weeks, and the tumors have shrunk down to ¼ of their size. He will have further tests in another week to see how things are.
•KATHERINE HESTER, a family friend of the Maupin’s is awaiting a liver transplant.
•GAIL HOLBROOK had open heart surgery to replace a valve and do a bypass on Friday, March 14. She is now in room B708 at Kennestone Hospital, and is doing very well.
•DAVID JACKSON is having a lot of dizzy spells, and doctors are running tests to see if he has kidney stones again.
•GLADYS LIPSCOMB, Alene Grier's mother, has a rapid heartbeat and her doctor is trying to lower it with medication
•DAVID LUTZ, brother of Jackie Stubblefield, has been diagnosed with cancer in his bones, lungs, lymph nodes and over his body. He is having trouble with his chemotherapy, and is not doing very well at this time.
•MARY ROSS, cousin of Buddy Maupin, is suffering from lung cancer.
•PAT SCHINALL, friend of Margie Gattis, is awaiting a liver transplant. She is having further tests at Emory University at this time.
•ABBY SMITH, 3 year old friend of Michael and Nancy Walker, has a brain tumor and a tumor in her spine that is inoperable.
•BRUCE STROUD is still not feeling well due to allergies and possible heart problems.
•JEAN STUBBLEFIELD, sister in law to Jackie Stubblefield and aunt to Larry and Jennie, is unable to get the needed kidney transplant, and is now very sick.
•LARRY STUBBLEFIELD continues in pain from the broken collarbone he suffered in a wreck recently. Doctors found that the bone has not knitted together, and there is a ½ inch gap between the bones. All that is holding it together is the rod they put it, and this is why he is still suffering pain.

We rejoice in the birth of JOLIE BROOKE MILLS, born at 3:45 AM Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Kennestone Hospital. She was 19 ¼ inches long and weighed 7 lbs and 1 ounce. Jennifer and Baby are doing fine!

•Ladies Bible Class – The ladies will continue at 10:30 AM each Tuesday.
•There is a weight loss support group meeting every Tuesday here at the building at 9:45 AM. The ladies meet in the Ladies Bible class room to encourage one another in their weight loss goals.
•We encourage everyone to attend SUNDAY NIGHT FOR THE SAVIOR. This was formerly Monday Night for the Master, and, in an effort to get more people involved, we will be meeting at 5:30PM on the 2nd and 4th Sunday nights of the month. The next meeting will be April 13th. Come and help us as we visit and strive to do the work of the Lord.
