PRAYER LIST
•SANDY BRUNDIGE, Tommy Tidwell’s sister, has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
•LIZ CAPES is continuing to recover from a heart attack and was able to be at Sunday’s morning service.
•DAVID FLOYD underwent medical tests and the results came back negative for cancer.
•MICAH FRALEY, the 2-year-old son of friends of Rob and Susan Stroud, had heart surgery for the third time.
•RALPH GOUGH had a biopsy and the tests returned negative for cancer.
•EMMA HALL, sister of the late Bruce Taylor, has colon cancer and is in Rm. 527 at Braly Nursing Home in Dallas, Ga.
•GAIL HOLBROOK will be undergoing several medical exams over the next few weeks.
•PAT JOHNSON, Eric Johnson’s stepmother, is not doing well.
•SARAH LABLANC injured her neck while jumping on a trampoline and has to wear a neck brace.
•JENNIFER MILLS is suffering from Bell’s palsy.
•MARVELENE PHILPOT saw the doctor recently and hopes to return home soon. She will no longer be able to live alone.
•HERSCHEL SIKES, Liz Capes’ brother, has come out of a coma and is doing much better.
•KYLE THOMPSON, cousin of Carlie Peal, is having heart problems. He had a heart transplant at birth and his body is now rejecting the heart. He is 14 years old.
•DELMA TIDWELL, Tommy Tidwell’s father, continues to have circulation problems in his feet due to diabetes.

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
•The Ladies Morning Bible Class is now meeting weekly on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. The class is now meeting in the classroom off of the fellowship hall.
•Several Jule Miller tapes are missing from the church library. If you know where they are, please let Bruce Stroud or Tommy Tidwell know as soon as possible.
•Dwayne and Margaret Watson’s new address is 4850 Madison Point Circle, Austell, GA 30106. Their new phone number is (770) 948-5699.
•Sunday door greeters are needed for the rest of 2005 and 2006. Please sign up on the sheet on the bulletin board.
•When planning an event for the congregation, please record it on the planning calendar in the foyer. If your event conflicts with another event, please see Larry Stubblefield.
• There will be a ladies ornament exchange on Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. The location will be determined soon. All ladies who would like to participate should bring a wrapped ornament (costing no more than $10) and your favorite finger food.
MONDAY NIGHT FOR THE MASTER
•Everyone is encouraged to attend Monday Night for the Master. Please use this opportunity to rededicate yourself to service for the Lord. There is plenty of work for everyone!
BENEVOLENCE
•The church of Christ disaster relief effort is accepting monetary gifts in order to continue providing more supplies. For more information, please call (615) 833-0888.
•Please begin bringing goods for Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets. The pantry is in need of all staple items.
•There are some in the congregation that are having financial problems and need help. If you are able to help, please see Clyde Carson or one of the elders.
YOUTH
•Nov. 11–12 — Lithia Springs Church of Christ Youth Lectureship
The theme is “Is it Easier to Succeed Than to fail?”Speakers will include James Jones, Philip Brannon, Jeff Wilder, Greg Nash and Nick Wamoth.
•Dec. 27–30 — Exposure 2005
The theme is “The Reality Show” and will held at the Huntsville Hilton. The cost is $80. Please make your checks payable to the church and give them to Jonathan or Rob Stroud.
•Feb. 3–5 — Challenge Youth Conference (Gatlinburg, Tenn.)
The conference’s theme is “Challenge to be Bold.” The cost to attend the conference will be approximately $75 (including hotel). See Jonathan Stroud if you are interested in attending.
SOUTH COBB EVENTS
•Nov. 6 — Bible School Teachers Meeting
All teachers (including those who would like to teach in the future) are asked to attend the meeting. The meeting will begin at 4:30 p.m. Please let Jonathan Stroud know if you are unable to attend. Items to be discussed include curriculum, attendance procedures and student participation.
•Nov. 6 — Prayer Meeting
The prayer meeting will be during the 6 p.m. service.
•Nov. 13 — 2006 Planning Meeting (3)
The final planning meeting will address missions, worship, benevolence and facilities. The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. and all members are invited. Handouts will be available at both foyer entrances that list items to be discussed. If you are unable to attend, you may put comments or questions in writing and give them to one of the deacons.
•Nov. 20 — Report from missionary Robert Martin
Robert Martin will report at the evening service about the missionary work in the Pacific Islands.
•Dec. 10 — Planning Session
The annual men’s planning session will begin at 9 a.m. If you have anything that needs to be discussed, please put it in writing and give to one of the elders.

The theme is “Building Up the Church” and Richard Harp from the Fayetteville Church will speak. See the flyer on the bulletin board for the complete schedule.
